Signature Global Appoints ACC India for 320 Crore

Signature Global, a leading real estate developer focused on projects in Northern India, has announced the appointment of ACC India Pvt Ltd for civil, structural, and part of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) work for its ambitious residential group housing project located in Sector-84, Gurugram, Haryana. This major development, which will be situated along the rapidly developing Dwarka Expressway, marks another milestone for Signature Global Sector 84 Gurgaon growing portfolio. 

According to the recently issued Letter of Intent (LOI), the total contract value of this project is set at an impressive ₹320 crore. ACC India Pvt Ltd will be responsible for the construction of all towers, basements, and other auxiliary structures within the project. The project timeline specifies a completion period of 27 months from the commencement of work, with an additional three months allowed for the full handover of the project, as per the LOI's terms.

On the occasion of the announcement, Signature Global's Vice-Chairman, Lalit Aggarwal, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, "This is going to be one of the finest projects that we will be executing, and will be a crowning jewel in our portfolio. While I cannot share too many details of the project until it is officially launched, I can definitely share that it will span four and a half acres and exhibit architectural brilliance. Also, it will be one of the tallest in the area."

Strategic Location Along Dwarka Expressway
The residential group housing project in Sector-84 is strategically located along the Dwarka Expressway, which has rapidly become a hotspot for real estate development.
