Max Estates to Launch Luxury Residential Project on Dwarka Expressway, Targeting Rs 4,000 Crore Revenue

Gurugram's New Luxury Development to Feature Intergenerational Living

Max Estates, the real estate arm of Max Group based in Delhi, NCR, is set to launch a luxury residential project along the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram. The project, named ‘Max Estates 360,’ will be a significant addition to the area, strategically located at the intersection of Dwarka Expressway, Central Peripheral Road (CPR), and NH-8.

This upcoming development, covering approximately 2.4 million square feet, will be Delhi-NCR's first "intergenerational living community." It will feature luxury apartments, with one-third of the residences specifically designed for senior living, integrating these with non-senior luxury homes to create a diverse and inclusive community.

Max Estates COO, Rishi Raj, highlighted that the project is a joint venture, occupying an 11.8-acre land parcel. The company is projecting a top line of Rs 4,000 crore from this development.
